2. Class Registration and Payment

All registrations are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Media Release

Unless otherwise notified in writing, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during classes or events to be used for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Linn County, Iowa.
